INFORMATION REGARDING ANNUAL PASS
- The membership is personal and non-transferable.
- The membership is activated from the purchase date and is valid for 12 months.
- Our direct debit annual passes (AG) have a binding period of 12 months, after which the subscription is non-binding with a two (2) month notice period. You need to actively cancel your pass before the binding period ends for it to terminate 12 months from the purchase date. If the subscription is not canceled, it continues with a two (2) month notice period.
- If a direct debit annual pass has been purchased at a discounted price, the monthly cost will increase to the regular price when the binding period ends. To maintain the discounted price, valid proof must be presented no later than 10 days before the end of the binding period.
- You can freeze your annual pass for up to two months per year, applicable to both cash and direct debit memberships. For AG memberships, you freeze calendar months, remember to notify us no later than the 20th of the month before the month you want to freeze. This is because the withdrawal for the upcoming month is made on the 27th of the previous month.
- Our annual snow replacement (usually in August, about 5 weeks) is included in the annual pass cost and does not automatically result in freezing. Inform us if you wish to freeze your annual pass during our snow replacement.
- Cash memberships can be frozen from any date, but not retroactively.
- We freeze annual passes for longer periods upon presentation of a medical certificate.
- When purchasing a membership, there is always an additional cost for a membership wristband or membership card. 149 SEK for a wristband and 99 SEK for a card. If you already have a Skidome card/wristband, you can use it. The card/wristband is used for access and as a locker key in the changing rooms.

INFORMATION REGARDING 10-PASS
- The 10-pass is personal and non-transferable.
- Valid until all 10 visits are used, but with a maximum validity of 12 months.
- Valid for 10 daily entries.
- Eligible for wellness allowance.
- Cannot be frozen/canceled/extended.
- When purchasing a 10-pass, there is a one-time fee for a membership wristband or membership card. 149 SEK for a wristband or 99 SEK for a card. If you already have a Skidome card/wristband, you can use it. The card/wristband is used for access and as a locker key in the changing rooms.
INFORMATION REGARDING SKI LOCKERS
- Ski lockers can be rented inside Skidome subject to availability, bring your own padlock.
- Ski lockers can be rented for 200 SEK per month for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time, or with direct debit with a two (2) month notice period.
- You are responsible for emptying/returning your locker or renewing the locker rental when the rental period ends.
- We reserve the right to charge a reminder fee of 50 SEK per month in addition to the regular 200 SEK per month if the locker is not emptied/returned on time.
- Cannot be frozen.
DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS
- If you are a member of any of the cross-country ski clubs in Gothenburg, you have the chance to get a discount with us – check with your ski club to ensure they have arranged an agreement.
- Discounts guarantee the price for 12 months. After that, the price is adjusted to the regular price unless new proof is presented.
- Discounts do not apply to our already discounted subscriptions or prices, e.g., senior/student/youth pass.
- You can purchase gift cards from us at Skidome, which are valid for entry, courses, camps, ski lockers, private lessons, and goods in the Skidome shop.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be extended and cannot be purchased with wellness benefits.
- No refunds are given for gift cards.
