Cancellation & Rebooking
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the cost, or you may rebook (note: rebooked sessions are non-refundable).
No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the lesson cost.
Payment
Payment is made on-site by card, Swish, wellness benefit, or PT punch card.
Prices for private lessons exclude entrance fees and any ski rental.
With an annual pass or 10-pass, no entrance fee is required.
Guest Guidlines
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on our premises.
We reserve the right to cancel or stop activities in cases of inappropriate behavior.
All rented equipment and borrowed key cards must be returned after the visit. Unreturned items will be charged afterwards.
When using your own equipment, fluor wax is not permitted.
