Cancellations & Rebooking
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity.
Cancellations made later will be charged 100% of the course fee.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the course fee.
In case of illness or injury, a full refund may be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate.
If one or more sessions are missed, they can be made up during a catch-up session, subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is made on-site by card, Swish, or Epassi.
For bookings via the Skidome webshop, payment is required at the time of purchase.
Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued.
For guests without an annual pass/10-pass, a standard entrance fee applies.
Ski rental is available at 249 SEK per session if you don’t have your own equipment.
Guest Guidlines
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the facility.
We reserve the right to cancel or interrupt activities in cases of inappropriate behavior.
All rented equipment and borrowed access cards must be returned after your visit. Unreturned items will be charged afterwards.
Rented equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.
When using your own equipment, fluor wax is not permitted.
