Cancellations & Rebooking
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity.
Cancellations made later will be charged 100% of the course fee.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the course fee.
In case of illness or injury, a full refund may be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Missed sessions may be rescheduled at a later date, subject to availability.
Payment
For bookings made via our webshop, payment is required at the time of booking.
For bookings made via email, payment is made on-site by card, Swish, or Epassi.
Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued.
For guests without an annual pass/10-pass, a standard entrance fee of 289 SEK applies (payable on-site).
Ski rental is available at 249 SEK if you don’t have your own equipment.
Guest Guidlines
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the facility.
We reserve the right to cancel or interrupt activities in the case of inappropriate behavior.
All rented equipment and borrowed access cards must be returned after your visit. Unreturned items will be charged afterwards.
Rented equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.
When using your own equipment, fluor wax is not permitted.
