ON SITE
Arrive at the Skidome shop about 20 minutes before your booked activity.
CHANGING ROOMS
You’ll get a key card to use with the lockers. Store everything you don’t need on the snow. Toilets, showers, and a sauna are available in the changing rooms.
EQUIPMENT
Our staff will help you with rental equipment. Using your own gear? Ask us for tips – just make sure to use fluorine-free wax.
ACTIVITY
If you booked an instructor, they will meet you inside Skidome.
RETURNING EQUIPMENT
Return all rented gear to the Skidome shop. If it’s closed, leave it on the cart by the entrance. Key cards are returned to the shop or in the mailbox if the shop is closed.
CLOTHING TIPS
Inside Skidome it’s always -4°C, no wind and no rain. Wear layered clothing: base layer, cross country ski pants/tights, ski jacket/sweater, hat or headband, and gloves. For biathlon, thin gloves with separate fingers are recommended.
